Off Schedule ~Easy Shelves For $7~

I seem to be a little off schedule this week... I'm sure I am the only one worried about it though. I have been having a heck of a time finding just one thing I want to post about. I decided I would share a tutorial I saw a while back and had saved to do in my "Someday". I thought this was just so clever and even have the concrete form for mine.
